At THE AUDACE PARIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we have implemented a clear and simple refund policy. Please read the following conditions carefully to understand how to return a product and receive a refund.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents (if applicable).

  • Personalized or custom-made items, as well as underwear that has been unsealed, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you must:

  1. Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging.

  2. Ship the package to the address we will provide, using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is traceable.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received and inspected the returned item.

4. Refund Process

If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned items. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the return does not meet the conditions (e.g., the product has been worn, damaged, or has no tags), we reserve the right to refuse the refund. If the return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to you.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, please follow the return process and then place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Contact page or at [email].

We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

7. Processing Time

Please note that refunds may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you do not see your refund after 14 days, please contact our customer service team.

8. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can be returned and refunded under the same conditions as non-sale items. However, items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
